Shipping policy
Estimated Delivery Time
All orders are estimated to arrive within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase. This covers order processing, preparation, and carrier transit time.
Why Delivery Takes 8–12 Business Days
We operate on a made-to-order model. Orders are not pre-packaged or held in a warehouse. Once your order is placed:
- Days 1–4: Order is processed, quality checked, and packaged.
- Days 4–5: Order is dispatched and a tracking number is emailed to you.
- Days 5–12: Package is in transit with the carrier.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $100 — shipping calculated at checkout.
- Orders $100 and over — free shipping. US ONLY
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
If there is no movement after 5 business days from dispatch, contact us at contact@gymvigo.com.
Processing Times
All estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Trueon Beauty is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at contact@gymvigo.com. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Trueon Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived:
- Check with household members and neighbours.
- Check secure areas such as a mailroom or side entrance.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark deliveries as delivered early.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gymvigo.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
