Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, you must contact us before the 30-day window closes — no exceptions will be made for requests received after this period.
How to Initiate a Return Returns are not automatic. To begin the process, you must email us at contact@gymvigo.com with the following — all items are required or your request will not be processed:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photographs of all items you wish to return, showing the product in its original sealed condition
- A brief explanation of why you are returning the item
Our team reviews all return requests and reserves the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion. You will receive a response within 5–7 business days. Do not ship any items before receiving written approval from our team.
Strict Eligibility Requirements Due to the nature of our products, we hold returns to a very high standard. Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible:
- Completely unopened and unused — original seal must be fully intact
- In original packaging with all inserts, labels, and accessories
- Free from any signs of use, testing, tampering, or damage
- Not purchased as part of a promotional bundle or discounted offer
We do not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare products that have been opened cannot be resold and will be refused at our discretion.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. Trueon Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned items, please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer exchanges.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior written approval will be refused and returned to sender at their expense
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our eligibility criteria
- Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval
- Fraudulent return claims will be reported
